My name is Erica Utterback and I am the Director of Life Enrichment. I have had many different roles at The Bluffs and have enjoyed them all. I started working as a Nurse’s Aide, became a CNA, Nursing Scheduler, and Restorative Aide before joining the Life Enrichment department. I have worked here for 20 years and feel there is no greater honor than caring for the elderly. I provide person-centered care and appreciate the uniqueness of each resident.

In my free time I enjoy camping, billiards, telling jokes, and spending time with friends and family. I also love animals and have two dogs named Sam and Charlie.
