I am Roystan Pais, Executive Director at The Bluffs. I was born and raised in India. My personal life brought me to Missouri. I received an MBA from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington, IN. Later I entered the senior living industry. When I started caring for seniors, I realized the most rewarding part was building relationships and making lasting friendships. The tremendous gratitude and appreciation shown by seniors lured me into the field deeper and deeper. My wife, Angela, is a Geriatric Consultant Pharmacist. We have two wonderful daughters. We both enjoy working with seniors.

My name is James Marz, and I have been a Bluffs team member for 24 years. One of my favorite parts of working here is that it does not feel like a job, it feels like a service. Caring for the residents and their well-being is a rewarding experience and makes coming to work easy and enjoyable. It matters to me that The Bluffs is a non-profit organization, which enables us to put as much as we can back into the facility and the residents. I love to bring my son in to visit with the residents and watching him interact with them.
