We are a 132-bed non-profit skilled nursing facility governed by a volunteer Board of Directors of Boone County Senior Citizen Services Corporation. We are not your typical nursing home. We put an emphasis on resident individuality, independence and social well-being, while providing our residents with care 24/7.

Health insurance, as well as dental & vision coverage, are available for full-time employees. The Bluffs covers life insurance and long-term disability insurance.
We are flexible with scheduling. Our biggest priority is ensuring our residents have a reliable care team present all hours of the day to help with their needs. Scheduling options are available for discussion upon hire.
