We are a 132 -bed not for profit skilled nursing facility governed by a volunteer Board of Directors of Boone County Senior Citizen Services Corporation. We are not your typical nursing home. We put an emphasis on resident individuality, independence and social well being, while providing our residents with care 24/7.
